we booked a twin room and could use wake-up service, available in it. everyone who worked there was very polite and affable.

I would love to come back here some time, it's perfect for christmas. The staff are affable and nice, nothing too much trouble. There is plenty of great food for breakfast. The setting is great and particularly good, it's near Skelleftea and the centre and all three “ eateries ”.

I was eager to visit Skelleftea Museum, and chose Elite hotel for its location. However, what pleasantly surprised me was the first-class service and fantastic food offered at this Italian signature hotel. The relaxed atmosphere allowed me to enjoy a well-cooked meal or simply savor a glass of good wine. Mandel, one of the hotel's dining establishments, showcased the flavors of local cuisine and provided an inspiring experience. The Wood Hotel by Elite truly surpassed my expectations with its dining options.

The air conditioning on the top floors was poor, making the air feel heavy and the rooms uncomfortably cold. The sealed windows prevented fresh air circulation, and the lack of parking required me to search for alternatives nearby.

It's a stunning wooden building in the central area with a fantastic view. The entire hotel is made out of wood and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was comfortable with good beds.

There was a lack of customer service personnel, and the room cleaning was not good, glasses at the minibar had lipstick on them. The spa was not up to mark with cleanliness issues, and separate fees were charged for using it.

The view from our room was absolutely amazing. We could see the cityscape and it was breath-taking. The bed and duvet provided were so comfortable, we had the best night's sleep. The hotel is situated in a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel building itself is modern and beautifully designed. our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and memorable.
